Responsibilities
- Manage concurrent client projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality
- Lead domestic and international trade compliance investigations and audits
- Develop and enhance client compliance programs and controls
- Mentor and supervise engagement staff, fostering professional growth
- Support business development through proposal writing and client relationship building
- Stay current on evolving U.S. and global trade regulations and policies
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and thought leadership content
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting, Finance, International Business, or related field
- 6+ years of progressive import trade compliance and international trade experience
- Strong leadership, project management, and client communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, tariff classification, FTZs, free trade agreements, and sourcing requirements (e.g., Buy America)
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree (JD, MBA, or Masters) preferred
- Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) or similar certifications preferred
- Experience with trade compliance software and data analytics tools preferred
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities preferred

Pay
Minimum Pay: $91,000
Maximum Pay: $278,000
