Director, Impact & Community

About the role

Lead two of the most important pillars of the ecosystem: Factory Cares, our philanthropic and civic engagement platform, and Factory Club, our membership community and cultural braintrust. This role combines community building, program leadership, partnership development, event production, and strategic operations.

Factory Cares Responsibilities

• Design and launch impact initiatives aligned with FACTORY's mission
• Develop annual impact priorities and programming calendars
• Build educational, workforce development, entrepreneurship, and community initiatives
• Support public-private partnerships with mayors, governors, foundations, and corporate partners
• Manage philanthropic strategy, grant opportunities, and impact reporting
• Lead volunteer initiatives, service projects, and community activations

Factory Club Responsibilities

• Own member onboarding, engagement, and retention
• Design high-touch experiences for athletes, entertainers, entrepreneurs, and executives
• Lead private dinners, speaker series, wealth education sessions, city immersion trips, and family office experiences
• Foster collaboration, introductions, and strategic partnerships among members
• Deliver world-class events and experiences
