We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes intro about Lilly, then role description. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if there is real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove EEO statements, accommodation request, etc. Also remove location and work flexibility? That could be part of Schedule? The posting includes "Location and Work Flexibility: Remote with travel to Indianapolis -10-25%. Local candidates will work a flexible hybrid work model, with three days onsite and two days working remotely each week". That's schedule info. So we can include a Schedule section with that content. Pay: "Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $162,000 - $292,600 Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance)." So we have Pay info. Benefits: "In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit program to eligible employees, including eligibility to participate in a company-sponsored 401(k); pension; vacation benefits; eligibility for medical, dental, vision and prescription drug benefits; flexible benefits (e.g., healthcare and/or dependent day care flexible spending accounts); life insurance and death benefits; certain time off and leave of absence benefits; and well-being benefits (e.g., employee assistance program, fitness benefits, and employee clubs and activities)." So Benefits section. We also have "About the role" maybe we can include a short paragraph summarizing the role purpose. The intro about Lilly could be considered About the company, but we need About the role. We can use the paragraph starting "Ready to put your mark on the world of cybersecurity? We’re looking for an Identity Operations Service Lead..." as About the role. Also the description of what you'll be doing could be Responsibilities. Requirements: Basic Qualifications list. Qualifications: Additional Preferences? Could be Qualifications vs Skills. We'll map: Basic Qualifications -> Requirements. Additional Preferences -> Qualifications (or Skills). The instructions: Use headings for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. We have: - About the role: introductory paragraph about role and Lilly mission. - Responsibilities: The bullet list under "What You’ll Be Doing" and sub-sections: Team Leadership & Management, Operations Strategy And Technology, Major Incident Management, Collaborator Engagement, Compliance & Risk Management. Those are duties. - Requirements: Basic Qualifications list (High School Diploma, 8 years IAM, 8 years enterprise IT ops, 5+ years people management, 3+ years defining ops governance, work auth US). - Qualifications: Additional Preferences (Bachelor’s degree, ITIL, knowledge of IAM tech, lead high-performing teams, certifications, eye for business, collaborator management communication leadership skills). Could also be Skills. - Skills: maybe we separate technical skills vs soft skills. But we can put technical skills under Skills: Experience with IT service management (ITIL); ITIL certification preferred; Strong knowledge of IAM capabilities and technologies (SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, PKI); Proven ability to lead high-performing teams within a global, distributed organization; Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent preferred; Strong eye for business combined with technical depth to influence and drive outcomes; Excellent collaborator management, communication, and leadership skills. But we already used many of those in Qualifications. To avoid duplication, we need to decide distribution. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Qualifications and Skills into one section? But headings are prescribed; we must use them if we have content. If we have content for both, we should include both. But we must avoid filler. We have content for both. We could assign: - Qualifications: Education preferences (Bachelor’s degree), Certifications preferences (ITIL, CISSP, CISM), etc. - Skills: Technical skills (IAM technologies, ITIL, leadership, business acumen, communication). But there is overlap. Let's try to split: Qualifications (education/certifications): - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related technical field. - ITIL certification preferred. - Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent preferred. Skills (technical & soft): - Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management capabilities and technologies (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, PKI). - Proven ability to lead high-performing teams within a global, distributed organization. - Strong eye for business combined with technical depth to influence and drive outcomes. - Excellent collaborator management, communication, and leadership skills. - Experience with IT service management (ITIL) (maybe already covered but okay). We also have "Experience with IT service management (ITIL); ITIL certification preferred." Could be under Skills. Now Requirements: Basic Qualifications as listed. Now About the role: We'll craft a paragraph using the intro: "Ready to put your mark on the world of cybersecurity? We’re looking for an Identity Operations Service Lead to bring fresh perspectives and bold solutions to our team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping how our organization provides secure, appropriate, and timely access to enterprise resources and as well as be a catalyst to drive our Identity and Access Management strategy." Also maybe include Lilly mission sentence? But that's about company. Could be part of About the role? The instruction: About the role heading for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). So we can include a brief description of the role and its purpose. Now Responsibilities: We'll list bullet points from the sub-sections. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like "Directly lead and develop the US-based Identity Operations team, including hiring, coaching, career development, and performance management." etc. We'll convert each sentence into
  • items. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must remove boilerplate: EEO statements, accommodation request, ERG lists, etc. Also remove "Lilly is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities..." etc. Also remove "#WeAreLilly". Also remove "Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location." That's part of Pay, we keep. Also remove "Lilly reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate its compensation and benefit programs..." maybe that's boilerplate legal; we should remove. Also remove "Lilly’s compensation practices and guidelines will apply regarding the details of any promotion or transfer of Lilly employees." That's boilerplate; remove. Also remove "Lilly is proud to be an EEO Employer..." etc. Also remove "If you require accommodation to submit a resume..." etc. Also remove "Our employee resource groups (ERGs) offer strong support networks..." etc. Also remove "Lilly reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate its compensation and benefit programs in its sole discretion and Lilly’s compensation practices and guidelines will apply regarding the details of any promotion or transfer of Lilly employees." Remove. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's construct. Structure:
