Director, Human Resources – Midwest Region
About the role
Serves as a strategic business partner to Vice Presidents and leadership teams, providing counsel on organizational effectiveness, talent strategies, workforce planning, and business transformation initiatives.
Partners with leaders to develop organizational structures, talent strategies, and succession plans that support current and future business needs.
Leads change management efforts associated with organizational redesigns, business transformation initiatives, workforce adjustments, and cultural evolution.
Responsibilities
- Serves as a strategic business partner to Vice Presidents and leadership teams, providing counsel on organizational effectiveness, talent strategies, workforce planning, and business transformation initiatives.
- Partners with leaders to develop organizational structures, talent strategies, and succession plans that support current and future business needs.
- Leads change management efforts associated with organizational redesigns, business transformation initiatives, workforce adjustments, and cultural evolution.
- Uses workforce analytics and business insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and recommend solutions that improve performance and employee experience.
- Coaches leaders on performance management, employee relations, leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and talent development.
- Provides guidance and direction regarding disciplinary actions, investigations, policy interpretation, and complex employee relations matters.
- Promotes talent management, learning and development, compensation, engagement, and inclusion initiatives.
- Develops and implements communication and engagement strategies that foster transparency, inclusion, and strong organizational culture.
- Maintains HR systems and workforce data integrity to support effective decision-making and business planning.

Pay
Primary Location Pay Range: $136,496.65 - $204,744.97
Schedule
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedules, and travel as business needs require.
