About the role

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation and management of departmental projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Ensure adherence to departmental policies and procedures.
  • Monitor departmental performance metrics and report findings to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Skills

  • Project Management Certification (PMP, Prince2, etc.) preferred.
  • Leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
