Director, HR Business Partner - Product and Engineering

For our client, we are seeking a Director, HR Business Partner - Product and Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will serve as a strategic partner to Product and Engineering leaders, helping shape people strategies that enable innovation, growth, and strong organizational performance. You will work closely with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business priorities, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and support a high-performing, inclusive culture. In addition, you will guide workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations efforts that help the organization scale effectively. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $150,000 – $215,000 annually Responsibilities Partner with leaders to design HR programs that foster a positive, inclusive work environment Guide leaders through performance management, compensation, and employee relations Lead a team of HR professionals, including HR Managers and Regional HR Professionals Participate in the planning and implementation of company-wide HR initiatives Apply employment law knowledge to resolve employment issues effectively Support workforce planning and development initiatives for business needs Qualifications 12-15 years of progressive HR experience, including 5 years in HR leadership roles Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset, aligning HR initiatives with business goals Experience supporting Product and Engineering teams Skilled in tailoring communication for effective collaboration with Senior Leaders Expertise in talent/performance management, workforce planning, and employee relations Proven ability to build relationships with C-level and Senior leadership Benefits Comprehensive benefits and perks for overall well-being Commitment to fair and equitable compensation practices Access to a Global Benefits page for country-specific offerings Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
