About the Role

This role partners with global senior HR and Law, Compliance & Corporate Affairs leaders to execute the people and culture strategy, focused on organizational design, leadership development, strategic workforce planning, talent management, team and organization effectiveness, and change management. The Director champions changes to advance organizational goals and key strategic initiatives, translating and executing business strategies, challenges, and talent needs. The ideal candidate demonstrates strategic agility, strong executive stakeholder management, and a collaborative, forward-thinking approach, skilled at navigating complexity, driving organizational transformation, and fostering high-performing teams. This leader will play a key role in cultivating an engaging, inclusive, and energizing culture across diverse, global teams.

Location

This role could be based in Wayzata, Minnesota (preferred) or Wichita, Kansas.

Responsibilities

  • Leads people and culture processes and initiatives, including talent assessment, talent planning, development strategies, performance management, team development, and engagement action planning.
  • Provides partnership and practical solutions to improve performance, engagement, productivity, and mitigate people risk for the business.
  • Partners to develop people strategies that support business strategies and objectives, influencing key operational and strategic decisions.
  • Drives strategic focus and action toward diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.
  • Uses metrics and analytics to assess and manage overall organizational health, influencing decisions and delivering insights.
  • Provides thought leadership in planning and delivering core HR processes, such as performance and talent management, leadership development, change management, and organizational design.
  • Participates as an active member of the HR community, building relationships and providing partnership on HR initiatives while identifying and sharing strategies and solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience (HR Business Partner), typically reflecting 10 years or more of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience partnering with global senior leadership teams within complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, challenge, and coach senior leaders while building strong relationships across functions, regions, and cultures.
  • Expertise in organizational design, change management, talent strategy, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Proven success developing and implementing people strategies that enable transformation, organizational growth, innovation, and high performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced global environment.
  • Outstanding executive communication, strategic thinking, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.

Pay

The expected salary for this position is $165,000 - $195,000. Compensation varies depending on factors including location, certifications, education, and level of experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award based on company and personal performance.
