We are looking for exceptional talent to serve as a Director, HR Business Partner to help us on our mission to empower everyone to create. Our HR Business Partners are on the front lines every day making things happen across the organization so that we can continue to transform how people and brands tell their stories. We work together as One Team, embrace our differences, and have fun along the way. This is not an easy job but if you're up for challenging and meaningful work that impacts our customers, our communities, and everyone who experiences our products, this role partners with senior leaders in the Chief Business Office, including Product Marketing, Community, and Go To Market.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted business partner and advisor to senior leaders
  • Proactively identify and address critical organizational and people issues and remove barriers impeding the success of the business
  • Ensure the implementation of the optimal organization design to enable the leadership team and the organization to scale
  • Build future bench and upscale capabilities through development of top talent and strategic hires
  • Deliver, in partnership with our COEs, HR cyclical programs to the business, as well as lead unique HR initiatives and projects with global impact to the HR organization as needed
  • Lead Employee Experience for the teams you support - you are the "Chief People Officer" for your business
  • Be a leader throughout Adobe - speak up, keep it real, and agitate when necessary
  • Speak "business" more than "HR" lingo

Requirements

  • 10+ years of HR Business Partnering or relevant leadership experience
  • Ability to foster relationships and partnerships (internal and external) at all levels of the organization
  • Proactive strategic partnership, operational rigor, and speed of execution
  • Exhibit strong leadership and influencing skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and remain agile in an ever-changing environment
  • Superb judgment and integrity, including excellent decision-making skills and a sense of urgency
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves

  • BA/BS degree (Bachelor of Science) or equivalent practical experience

Pay

The U.S. pay range for this position is $161,900 – $305,950 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $211,300 – $305,950. For sales roles, starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. For non-sales roles, starting salaries are expressed as base salary, and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). Certain roles may also be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
