Director- HEOR Oncology Research Scientist

For our client, we are seeking a Director- HEOR Oncology Research Scientist to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This leader will own the health economics and outcomes research strategy supporting oncology development and commercialization activities. The role will serve as a senior strategic partner to cross-functional development and commercialization teams, helping shape patient-focused evidence generation and real-world data initiatives. In addition, this leader will guide scientific communication and influence decisions that support the successful advancement of compounds through the pipeline and into the market. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $165,000 – $316,800 annually Responsibilities Drive integration of HEOR throughout drug development and commercialization Develop and oversee health outcomes research strategy for oncology compounds Serve as a senior HEOR strategic partner to development and commercialization teams Formulate strategies for patient-focused outcomes and real-world evidence generation Communicate health outcomes information effectively to a variety of stakeholders Qualifications Doctorate (PhD, MD) with 7+ years of HE strategy experience, or PharmD/MS degree with 7+ years of HO strategy experience Demonstrated experience setting and leading HEOR strategy within a therapeutic area Proven ability to influence senior decision-makers effectively Strong comprehension and communication skills for scientific information dissemination People-leadership experience managing and developing a team of scientists Benefits Eligible for comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits Participation in 401(k) and pension plans Generous vacation and leave benefits Access to employee well-being programs, including fitness benefits Opportunities for career development and advancement Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
