About the role

Are you ready to make an impact? West Monroe is seeking a Director to join our Healthcare & Life Sciences practice, focused on healthcare providers. In this role, you will work with our national Provider practice advising organizations ranging from large health systems delivering a broad continuum of services to specialized providers focused on areas such as home and community-based care. You will serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare executives, lead complex transformations, grow strategic client relationships, and help shape the continued growth of our Provider business.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior healthcare executives, bringing deep provider expertise and a clear understanding of the strategic, operational, technology, and organizational issues shaping healthcare.
• Lead complex, enterprise-level engagements and transformation programs, providing executive oversight across scope, financial performance, staffing, quality, risk, and client outcomes.
• Translate healthcare market dynamics and client priorities into actionable strategies that improve performance, operations, patient and workforce experiences, and organizational capabilities.
• Build and expand executive relationships across health systems and specialized provider organizations.
• Develop high-performing teams, providing direction, coaching, and quality oversight across engagements.
