Director, Healio AI Adoption & Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Engagement

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Build an engaged user base through demonstrations of Healio AI in the specialties that they are assigned.
• Build relationships with KOLs for the purpose of having them be beta testers, advisors and ambassadors.
• Create contractual relationships with KOLs to promote Healio AI, speak about Healio AI, etc.
• Create contractual relationships that allow us to use industry provided content.
• Have a deep knowledge of Healio AI metrics, adoption goals and work with Marketing and the AI development team to achieve those goals.
• Aid in prompt engineering enhancements and AI model optimization using feedback from their KOL feedback loop.

Requirements

• 2-10 years of experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications or a related field.
• Travel is required.

Pay

The annual base salary for this position is $70,000 to $80,000. Placement within this range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, knowledge, skills, education, years and level of experience, and equity with internal team members.

Schedule

Employees living within a 50-mile radius to our office in Thorofare, NJ, and will be scheduled to work at this location two days each week.
