Director, Head of Learning & Development
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. However we need to map content to these headings appropriately. The instruction: "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It suggests we can use those headings if they match content. We should include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we need to decide which sections to include.
We have content: About the role (intro). Responsibilities (key responsibilities). Requirements (maybe Experience And Qualifications). Qualifications (maybe same as Requirements? but we can combine). Skills (Key Competencies). Benefits (What You Can Expect From Us). Pay (Pay Information). Schedule (Physical Requirements includes onsite 4 days per week). Also maybe Physical Requirements separate? But we can put schedule info under Schedule heading. Physical requirements like lifting etc maybe not needed as schedule. But we could include under Schedule? The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." So we need Schedule section only if posting states schedule. It does: "This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week." That's schedule. So we can include Schedule heading with that info.
Physical Requirements: "This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.... may require ability to lift up to 15 pounds." This is physical requirements but not a heading we have; we could maybe include under Schedule? Not appropriate. There's no heading for Physical Requirements in the list; we could omit or maybe include under Responsibilities? Better to omit as not requested. The instruction says we should not invent sections; we can omit physical requirements if not covered by given headings. But we could include under Schedule? Not correct. Probably we should omit physical requirements details, as they are not covered by headings. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot omit substantive info. But we can maybe include physical requirements under Schedule? Not accurate. The instruction says we should not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It didn't forbid creating other sections like Physical Requirements; but the list of example headings is not exhaustive; we can use other headings if needed? It says "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. suggests those are examples; we could also use other headings if needed. But to be safe, we could include a section for Physical Requirements using Physical Requirements
. That seems okay as it's substantive.
Similarly U.S. Eligibility Requirements: we could include under Requirements or a separate section. Could be part of Requirements. But we could also make a separate section "Eligibility". However the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could incorporate eligibility into Requirements or Qualifications.
We need to preserve all substantive info: intro, responsibilities (with subpoints), competencies, experience/qualifications, successful candidates traits, pay, physical requirements, schedule, benefits, eligibility.
We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove repeated paragraphs like "This position description is intended to provide a general overview..." appears twice; we should keep only once? It's duplicated; we should remove duplicate. Also remove the Corient description about being world's largest multi-family office etc (that's boilerplate? It's about company but maybe substantive? It's more about company overview; could be considered part of About the role? The intro already includes mission statement. The later paragraph about Corient being world's largest multi-family office is likely boilerplate; we can remove.
Also remove "Full participation of all employees..." etc (EEO). Remove "We are an equal opportunity employer." etc.
Also remove "Corient refers to the separate but affiliated entities..." etc.
Now craft HTML.
