Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of full-time and part-time Group Sales team
- Maintenance of sellout streak and maximization of revenue
- Development and execution of special event strategies
- Assistance with internal ticketing needs across various departments
- Support for Thrive City events and non-Warriors events at Chase Center
- Development and coordination of training programs for Group Sales staff
- Understanding and incorporating best practices from the NBA
- Other duties as assigned
Required Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience, preferably in a ticket sales within the sports & entertainment industry
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Archtics and Salesforce
- A successful track record of leadership and driving sales revenue
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills
- Ability to balance multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate, influence and build positive relationships with clients and peers at all levels
Time Commitment
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
Compensation
- $80,000 per year + bonus
