About us
The Menarini Group is present in 70 countries and our products are sold in 140 locations worldwide. With around 18,000 employees, the Group produces over 500 million packs of drugs annually across 18 manufacturing sites, including a biotech plant for monoclonal antibodies. Menarini has a strong commitment to oncology, with a pipeline of five investigational compounds for hematological and solid tumors. The acquisition of Stemline Therapeutics in 2020 strengthened Menarini’s oncology portfolio, adding commercial and clinical-stage assets such as Tagraxofusp, the first approved treatment for blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN) in the U.S. and EU. Menarini also commercializes Selinexor in Europe and other regions for hematologic cancers and solid tumors, and Elacestrant, an oral SERD approved for hormone receptor-positive advanced breast cancer.
