Responsibilities
- Drive value stream strategy and network optimization across planning and delivery
- Collaborate with business leadership to develop global strategies and execute commercial plans
- Prioritize and execute value stream improvements with operations
- Develop capacity roadmaps to meet demand and enhance service margins
- Support NPI with strategic sourcing and technology insights
- Establish standards for value stream simplification aligned with supply chain strategy
- Champion value stream optimization across Global Supply Chain functions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher with 10+ years in manufacturing, supply chain, or value stream leadership
- Experience in production and plant management roles
- Proven track record working strategically with business leadership
- International exposure in manufacturing and supply chain
- Experience in regulated industries and managing New Product Introductions (NPI)
- Leverage Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Strong customer-first mindset with effective leadership and coaching capabilities
