    • Partner with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain Planning to translate demand and inventory strategies into logistics network requirements.
    • Establish and govern freight spend analytics and network performance reporting to enable data-driven optimization decisions.

  • Implement multi-source carrier and lane redundancy strategies to eliminate single points of failure across critical trade lanes.
  • Define and maintain risk tiered safety stock positioning at critical logistics nodes to buffer against supply chain shocks.
  • Lead scenario planning and logistics stress testing exercises to identify vulnerabilities and validate response readiness.
  • Monitor global logistics risk signals and translate intelligence into proactive action rerouting, mode shifts, or pre-positioning inventory ahead of disruption.
  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure priority access during constrained market conditions.
  • Sustainable Logistics and ESG Alignment

    • Develop and execute a global logistics sustainability roadmap aligned to DwyerOmega’s corporate ESG objectives and reporting commitments.
