Director, Global Diagnostics Strategy Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead integrated diagnostic strategies from assessment to launch
• Partner with product teams to align therapeutic and diagnostic goals
• Evaluate strategic diagnostic options, assessing costs and risks
• Oversee Dx Development Teams for execution of development plans
• Influence decision-making by communicating unbiased assessments across teams
• Represent the diagnostic function with stakeholders and partners
• Manage and mentor a team of technical leads to achieve objectives

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of related experience; OR Master's degree and 8 years of experience; OR Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience
• Direct experience in developing and implementing diagnostic strategies in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology setting
• Strong scientific acumen with a strategic mindset focused on biomarker translation
• Deep understanding of clinical, regulatory, and commercial considerations for global diagnostic development
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment

Pay

• $203,527 – $275,361 annually
