Key Responsibilities

• Partners with the Wellness Marketing team to ignite and support brand strategies and campaigns
• Build a best-in-class Innovation pipeline to address unmet business needs to support Haleon’s growth ambition by leveraging external collaborations
• Develop a sound understanding of the marketing drivers for the Category and become expert in digital and technology areas in Wellness that will shape the future of the Category
• Understand the Category strategy and connect this to the Media, Creative and Content procurement pipeline, as well as support these categories with any category related marketing activity, brand activations etc.
• Partner with the Wellness category as a 'Category First' model, to align procurement with brand objectives, campaign timelines and budget targets whilst also highlighting market trends, supplier innovation and increase value
• Collaborate on Innovation projects as a Marketing SME alongside R&D, Marketing, internal & external Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, others with a focus on speed to launch and growth
• Support key objectives across strategic pillars of procurement (War on Waste, Growth & Innovation, Keep it Simple, Drive social & environmental impact)
• innovation priorities through development programs, supply base, and strategic agency partnerships
• Support end-to-end cost optimization, complexity reduction and supplier relationship management enabling them to win in the Category

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or Finance
• 12+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or supplier relationship management experience, including experience within marketing, brand, or A&P spend categories
• Experience across media, creative, content, POSM, market research, or related marketing services categories
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills

Location

Hybrid in Warren, NJ; 3 days on-site required.

Pay

The salary range for this role is: $168,266 - $231,366 plus an 18% target bonus.
