For a leader in the Transportation space, this role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within an operationally complex logistics environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Lead development of global standard operating procedures for freight handling
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for service quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with teams to enhance quote performance and accuracy
- Translate customer needs into tailored operational solutions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards
- Define KPIs and provide insights on performance trends
Qualifications
- 15+ years in global logistics or aerospace operations
- Experience with regulatory compliance in logistics
- Strong background in operational process design
- Proven leadership ability in global teams
- Expertise in aligning operations with commercial strategy

Pay
$121,950 – $259,310 annually
