Director, GCP Inspection Management- Americas

For our client, we are seeking a Director, GCP Inspection Management- Americas to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This leader will oversee inspection readiness and management across the Americas, ensuring the organization is well prepared for global regulatory interactions. The role will guide a team responsible for proactive inspection strategy, cross-functional coordination, and the timely fulfillment of commitments made during inspections. This position will also partner closely with senior leaders to strengthen compliance discipline and drive effective outcomes across the business. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $172,000 – $232,000 annually Responsibilities Supervise GCP inspection readiness and coordination Develop and execute a proactive GCP inspection strategy Lead a team in GCP inspection management activities Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to support unified strategies Oversee timely fulfillment of inspection commitments Conduct lessons learned sessions after inspections Chair quarterly cross-functional inspection oversight committee meetings Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Science or a master’s degree with relevant experience 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry 5+ years managing and hosting GCP inspections Strong knowledge of global regulations and compliance Proven leadership and team management skills Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) plan with company match Flexible spending accounts (FSA/HSA) Life insurance and wellness programs Paid time off and employee stock purchase plan Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
