Director, GCO Clinical Program Lead (GCPL)

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track in a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic operational planning for designated clinical programs
• Mentor and develop global Clinical Study Managers (gCSMs)
• Ensure alignment of clinical operations with organizational goals
• Oversee timely execution and delivery of study milestones
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for program success
• Manage program budgets and resource forecasts
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in scientific or healthcare discipline; higher degree preferred
• 10+ years of clinical trial industry experience
• Hands-on experience with multi-region/country clinical trials
• Proven leadership skills in people and program management
• Familiarity with ICH/GCP guidelines and clinical trial regulations

Pay

$171,900 – $231,900 annually
