Director FP&A

We are looking for an experienced FP& A Director to join a team in Marlborough, Massachusetts in a Long-term Contract position. This role will guide enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, and performance analysis while delivering clear financial insights to executive stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership in financial planning and analysis, advanced modeling capabilities, and experience working in a global business environment using NetSuite. Responsibilities: • Direct the annual budget cycle, long-range planning efforts, and recurring forecast activities across international operations. • Build, refine, and manage rolling forecasts and multi-year financial models that support business decisions. • Produce monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting materials for senior leadership and private equity partners. • Evaluate financial performance by comparing actual results to budget, forecast, and prior-year trends, then highlight key business drivers. • Translate financial findings into practical recommendations that strengthen growth, profitability, and cash generation. • Prepare analysis and materials for board updates, lender deliverables, and investor information requests. • Work closely with executive leadership to identify and support initiatives that increase enterprise value. • Lead financial assessments tied to acquisitions, post-deal integration activities, and other strategic expansion opportunities. • Demonstrated experience serving in a Director-level FP& A role. • Strong background in financial planning, annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. • Advanced financial modeling skills with the ability to support strategic and operational decision-making. • Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite, including reporting and financial analysis applications. • Exposure to global or multi-region business operations is strongly preferred. • Ability to present financial information clearly to executives, boards, lenders, and investors. • Proven skill in partnering cross-functionally with senior leaders on growth and performance initiatives.
