Director, FP&A
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). However we can use other headings? The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It seems they expect we use those specific headings if applicable. But we can also use other headings? Probably we should map content to those headings where appropriate. However the posting doesn't have explicit "Responsibilities", "Requirements", etc. It has sections like "The Opportunity" with bullet-like paragraphs. We could treat that as Responsibilities? Or we could create sections like "About the role" for the impact description, "Responsibilities" for the opportunity bullet points, "Requirements" for experience and background, "Qualifications" for core capabilities, "Skills" for leadership presence, "Benefits" for compensation & benefits and Moloco Thrive, "Pay" for salary ranges, "Schedule" maybe not present.
We must only include sections when posting has real, specific content. So we need to decide which sections to include.
We have:
- About Moloco (company overview) maybe not needed as "About the role"? Could be "About the "About Moloco" be considered "About the role"? Probably not. The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those are typical. However we could still use "About Moloco" as a heading? Might be okay but they'd expect those specific headings. Safer to map to those headings.
Let's map:
- About the role: Could be the "The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco" paragraph describing role impact. Or maybe combine with "About Moloco"? But "About the role" likely refers to description of the role. We'll put the impact paragraph(s) there.
- Responsibilities: The bullet points under "The Opportunity" (Enterprise Planning & Forecasting Leadership, Corporate Functions Finance Partnership, Strategic & Executive Decision Support, Planning Infrastructure, Process & Systems, People Leadership & Organizational Impact). We'll list each as

- Region A: $216,000—$298,080 USD etc. - Schedule: Not present, so omit. We also need to include location info? Could be part of Pay section? Not needed. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from those sections. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting includes "Join us today and apply now!" which is application instruction; remove. Also "Moloco Thrive: Benefits and Well-Being:" is a heading but we can keep content. Also "Moloco Values:" we might include? The instruction says include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. Values are substantive; but we don't have a heading for Values in the list. Could we add a section "Values"? Not in the allowed list but maybe we can still use

for Values? The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those are typical. Safer to include Values as a section? Might be considered extra but not prohibited. However they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Values could be thin but still substantive. Might be okay to include as a section "Values". But we don't have a standard heading for it; we could still use Values
. The instruction didn't forbid that. I'd include it.
But we must not repeat job title as heading. No issue.
We must output ONLY the HTML fragment, no /, no markdown.
