Director, FP&A
About the role
Provides oversight and strategic direction to the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, including annual planning, forecasting, long-range planning, performance reporting, and data-informed decision support. Partners with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate financial and operating results into clear insights, actions, and recommendations that improve performance and support strategic priorities. Oversees revenue reporting and develops a high-performing FP&A team with disciplined processes, strong business partnership, and a continuous-improvement mindset. Responsibilities
- Oversees a function typically through the oversight of managers.
- Provides strategic direction to the function.
- Responsible for providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure department achieves business goals.
- Responsible for HR activities such as hiring, termin
