What You Get To Do In this role you’ll deliver exceptional guest experiences by ensuring that managers and supervisors consistently execute the F&B operations plan. You’ll coach managers and supervisors to effectively handle guest issues while ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols. You’ll set the tone for excellence and hold managers accountable. We’re looking to you to inspire, motivate, educate and train an outstanding team. You will also: Manage operations and staff in a wide variety of outletsManage all health and safety protocols, including training management and supervisorsCoach Ambassadors to positively and enthusiastically greet and welcome guestsCoach Ambassadors to provide guests with information on products being offeredEnsure management and supervisors engage with guests and monitor satisfactionMonitor guest experiences and handle situations in a timely mannerEnsure staff maintains a clean working environmentSupport the F&B management with advanced food and beverage trainingManage labor and other costsCollaborate closely with the VP of Revenue to ensure maximum profitability What It Takes To Succeed A minimum of five years of management experience in a high-volume food and beverage establishmentThree years of director-level experience in a high-volume, multi-outlet environment preferredExperience working in a theme park atmosphere serving international guests highly desirableFlexible and solution-driven with strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skillsOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesProven supervisory skillsStrong and consistent customer service orientationKnowledge of theme parks or similar multi-outlet venuesUnderstanding of the P&L process, including labor costsCurrent food & beverage safety certifications a plus What Else Is Important Must be able to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 50 lbs.Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift and climb/ascend heightsPerform the following physical activities: kneeling, squatting, bend floor-to waist/waist-to-overhead, reach overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks (use of tools/keyboard/writing)Perform the following physical activities: kneeling, squatting, bend floor-to waist/waist-to-overhead, reach overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks (use of tools/keyboard/writing)Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, to include extreme heat.
