Overall Performance Responsibility
Overall performance responsibility for property-owned food and beverage operations (restaurant outlets, banquet food prep operations for convention center, multiple bar outlets, and VIP Lounge).
Budgetary Functions
- Prepares and manages financial performance to maximize overall profitability contribution of all F&B outlets.
Payroll Review
- Reviews payroll numbers to determine number of FTEs needed.
Efficiency Improvement
- Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of F&B outlets.
Departmental Relationships
- Promote cross department relationships and encourage productive attitudes – at all times.
Regulations and Compliance
- Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as the company’s internal controls, policies, and procedures.
Service Standards
- Always follow the Company Service Standards model.
Work Availability
- Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends.
Other Duties
