Responsibilities
- Design and manage the company's rolling forecast and budget processes
- Contribute to developing a public company-caliber FP&A function for IPO readiness
- Analyze and provide insights on business performance and KPIs with cross-functional leaders
- Support the implementation of financial tech tools to enhance reporting efficiency
- Prepare financial presentations for the Executive Team and Board
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic finance or FP&A, ideally in fintech or financial services
- Experience in a public company, including IPO involvement
- Proficiency in financial modeling and comprehensive financial planning
- Expertise in financial reporting systems like EPM and BI tools
- Exceptional communication skills for conveying complex financial data
- Past leadership and ability to collaborate with senior executives
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; higher degree preferred
