Director, Financial Planning & Analysis
About the role
with paragraph(s). Then "What You'll Do" with bullet points (list). That's responsibilities. SoResponsibilities
with- ... each bullet.
Then "Requirements" heading: Minimum Requirements bullet list. So
Requirements
with- .
Then "Preferred Qualifications" bullet list. Could be under
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "use
for section headings (e.g. ...)" implying we should use those headings for sections. It also says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". So we can add other headings if needed? Probably better to stick to those headings. So we can incorporate "Authorized to work in the U.S. Braven doesn't offer employment visa sponsorship" as a bullet under Requirements. Also "Work Demands" includes ability to work in-person 3 days per week, travel up to 4 times per year, extended hours during budget season and monthly close cycle. That's schedule-related. So schedule section can include that. Now we need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now produce HTML. Structure:

Now Schedule:Schedule
This is a hybrid role requiring in‑person work 3 days per week (Tuesday through Thursday) and remote work 2 days per week (Monday and Friday) within commuting distance of one of the hubs: Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; New York City, NY; or Newark, NJ.
Travel up to 4 times per year may be required, and extended hours are expected during budget season and monthly close cycles.
We should not include any other sections like "About Braven" (organization description). The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. The "About Braven" is organization description; maybe we could incorporate into About the role? But we already have About the role section with the role purpose paragraph. The "About Braven" could be considered extra but not required headings. Should we include it? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include the About Braven description somewhere. It is substantive. Where to put? Could be a paragraph before About the role heading? But we shouldn't add extra headings not in list. Could add abefore the first heading describing the organization. That is allowed: we can have prose
outside headings. The instruction says use
for prose. So we can include a
with the About Braven description before the About the role heading. Thus output:
About Braven paragraph...
About the role
... role purpose paragraph...
... Now check for any duplicated lines: we must remove boilerplate like "Braven is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Also remove "Application & Interview Process". Also remove "Location" section (we already used location in schedule). Also remove "Work Demands" (we incorporated). Also remove "Additional Requirements" (we incorporated visa). Also remove "Please know that no one ever meets 100%..." etc (that's encouragement to apply; could be considered boilerplate? It's not a legal boilerplate but it's encouraging to apply. Might be considered part of application instructions? It's not exactly instruction but it's a note encouraging to apply. The instruction says remove application instructions. This note is encouraging to apply, could be considered part of application instructions. Safer to remove it. Also remove "Please note that Braven is firm in its compensation philosophy; therefore, only candidates who believe our total rewards package aligns with what they are looking for in their next opportunity are encouraged to apply." That's also application encouragement; remove. Also remove "Location We gather in the office 3 days a week..." we used that in schedule. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The "About Braven" description: "Braven is a national nonprofit that prepares promising college students to secure a strong first opportunity after college graduation through a career-accelerating program. We work with higher education and employer partners to offer a life-changing experience that begins with a semester-long course for college students, followed by
Qualifications
(or Skills). The instruction includes Qualifications and Skills headings. We can put Preferred Qualifications underQualifications
(or Skills). Probably Qualifications. Then "Benefits" section: there is a Benefits Compensation section with details. SoBenefits

Then "Compensation" (Pay) section: hiring ranges per location. So

with paragraph(s) maybe list. Then "Schedule": location hybrid, work demands: ability to work in-person 3 days per week, travel up to 4 times per year, extended hours during budget season. Also location note: "We gather in the office 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday) and work remotely 2 days a week (Monday and Friday)." So schedule details. SoSchedule
with paragraph. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove "Application & Interview Process". Also remove "Additional Requirements" maybe? Actually "Additional Requirements" includes authorized to work in US, no visa sponsorship. That's a requirement but could be included under Requirements? It's not in Minimum Requirements but could be added as a requirement. However instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we should include that info somewhere. Could be under Requirements as an extra bullet. Or we could create a separate section like "Additional Requirements" but not in allowed headings. Better to incorporate into Requirements or maybe a separateafter Requirements. Since we only allowed headings list, but we can still have paragraphs outside headings? The instruction: Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
