About the role
This is a highly visible leadership opportunity to build and lead the FP&A function within a newly established, global organization experiencing significant growth. The Director will partner closely with executive leadership while driving financial planning processes, implementing scalable reporting systems, and leading a high-performing finance team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial modeling processes while supporting strategic business initiatives.
- Analyze financial results, develop executive reporting, monitor key performance indicators, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of financial planning and consolidation systems while improving reporting processes and operational efficiency.
- Support capital investments, acquisitions, business integrations, and other corporate initiatives through financial analysis and decision support.
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and operational leaders to strengthen financial planning, reporting accuracy, and business performance across global operations.
- Build, mentor, and lead the FP&A function while developing talent and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required; MBA is preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including leadership within a global manufacturing or multinational organization.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, IFRS, financial consolidations, and multi-currency reporting.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Hands-on experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), PBCS, Smart View, or similar enterprise planning and consolidation systems.

Pay
$180,000 – $190,000/year + bonus
