About the role
The Director of Financial & Corporate Communications will shape how CoreWeave is understood by investors, analysts, media, and policy stakeholders as a newly public company. Reporting directly to the Head of Communications, this role serves as a key advisor to the CEO, CFO, and executive leadership team.
Responsibilities
Define and lead CoreWeave’s financial and strategic communications function, translating complex financial and technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
Own earnings communications, financial media strategy, and high-stakes issues management during critical moments such as earnings cycles, market-moving announcements, and reputational risk moments.
Build and scale systems, relationships, and operating rigor required to succeed as a public company, ensuring consistent and impactful communication.
Prepare executives for earnings calls, investor engagements, and high-profile media interactions, ensuring clarity, consistency, and credibility.
Design and implement frameworks to monitor narrative risk, measure communications effectiveness, and scale processes aligned with public-company standards.
Establish and refine CoreWeave’s voice with financial markets, leading communications for earnings, capital markets activity, potential M&A, and ongoing public company disclosures.
Requirements
9+ years of experience in financial or corporate communications, ideally within publicly traded or late-stage technology companies.
Led earnings or investor communications, managed complex and high-visibility issues, and advised senior executives in moments that matter.
Sharp, disciplined storyteller who can distill complex financial and technical concepts into clear, credible narratives.
Strong relationships with financial and business media and proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, IR, Finance, and Policy.
Thrives in fast-moving, high-visibility environments and brings a balance of strategic thinking, operational rigor, and creative problem-solving.
Qualifications
Deep familiarity with public company reporting cycles, disclosure expectations, and investor dynamics.
Experience managing external agencies during periods of heightened media or market scrutiny.
Preferred experience in cloud, AI, semiconductors, or infrastructure.
