Director Finance

About the role

The Director of Finance for Woodland Memorial Hospital will provide strategic leadership and direct all financial operations, planning, and analysis, ensuring fiscal health, sustainability, and adherence to sound accounting principles and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee key financial functions including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and treasury management.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, provide actionable insights to executive leadership, and manage and develop the finance team.
• Ensure data integrity, maintain internal controls, coordinate audits, and monitor financial performance for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.

• Extensive experience in financial management and reporting.
• Exceptional leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• A proven ability to manage financial operations, build robust models, and communicate complex information effectively.
• Strong business acumen and a commitment to financial integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of accounting and finance experience in a large organization with at least three (3) of those years in healthcare required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of managerial experience required.

Pay

The posted compensation range of $69.41 - $103.25 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
