Director, Federal Compliance
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in federal construction, contract administration, compliance, or related roles.
- Strong working knowledge of FAR/DFARS/GSARS and federal contracting requirements.
- Experience supporting or managing compliance on federal construction projects.
- Ability to interpret contract requirements and translate them into actionable guidance for project teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple functions and leadership levels.
- Experience reviewing contracts, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to identify risk and provide practical solutions without disrupting project execution.

Office and Travel
Prolonged periods of sitting at a workstation or during meetings and travel (by plane or car). Must be able to lift up to 20 or 50 pounds as needed, demonstrate dexterity to write and use a computer keyboard and mouse, and possess the ability to hear, speak clearly, and distinguish colors on graphs and charts. Occasional visits to construction sites, exposure to dust, dirt, uneven surfaces, outdoor weather conditions, and extreme temperatures.
