About the role

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Communications or Public Affairs.
- 7+ years in local government affairs or community engagement roles.
- Proven success in relationship-building with local officials and stakeholders.
- Experience leading community initiatives from start to finish.
- Strong skills in strategic communications and narrative crafting.
- Ability to represent the organization professionally in local settings.
- Demonstrated capability to establish programs and relationships in new environments.
