About the role

This role leads external affairs efforts for a leader in the Information Technology space, focusing on community engagement, policy development, and workforce initiatives.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Communications or Public Affairs.
• 7+ years in local government affairs or community engagement roles.
• Proven success in relationship-building with local officials and stakeholders.
• Experience leading community initiatives from start to finish.
• Strong skills in strategic communications and narrative crafting.
• Ability to represent the organization professionally in local settings.
• Demonstrated capability to establish programs and relationships in new environments.
