Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation of materials for the Human Capital and Compensation Committee
  • Draft the Compensation Discussion and Analysis (CD&A) for the annual proxy statement, ensuring SEC compliance
  • Design and govern executive incentive plans, balancing talent attraction with fiscal discipline
  • Manage external compensation consultant relationships and executive benchmarking
  • Build competitive offer packages for VP+ external hires in collaboration with Executive Recruiting
  • Lead and mentor team members to elevate their expertise and skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master's preferred
  • Minimum twelve years of compensation management experience, with at least three years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, market analysis, and regulatory requirements
  • Proven ability to analyze data for strategic decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for influencing stakeholders

Pay

$152,800 – $229,200 annually
