Responsibilities
- Design and administer short- and long-term compensation incentive plans
- Lead communication strategies related to compensation programs
- Conduct market analyses for competitive pay positioning
- Develop and redefine equity and incentive plans effectively
- Collaborate with Legal and Finance for plan administration and participant communication
- Translate strategic business direction into actionable compensation roadmaps
- Balance analytical data with the emotional intelligence required for effective communication across the organization
Qualifications
- 8+ years in broad-based compensation, with 4 years in incentive plan administration and leadership roles
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- CCP or CEP designation required
- Experience in a publicly traded company
- Familiarity with equity-administration platforms (e.g., E*TRADE, Shareworks, Carta)
- Expert-level Excel skills for data analysis and modeling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for complex data presentation

Pay
$120,000 – $150,000 annually
