Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of safety initiatives through assessments and data interpretation
  • Create training materials and promote employee safety awareness and communication
  • Maintain and develop the company Incident Management System for safety performance reporting
  • Lead compliance audits and incident investigations to ensure policy conformance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Safety, Engineering, or a related field required; postgraduate degree preferred
  • 10 years of EHS experience with at least 5 years in a management role
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building trust with stakeholders
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred but not required

Pay

  • $153,000 – $195,500 annually
