Responsibilities
- Evaluate the effectiveness of safety initiatives through assessments and data interpretation
- Create training materials and promote employee safety awareness and communication
- Maintain and develop the company Incident Management System for safety performance reporting
- Lead compliance audits and incident investigations to ensure policy conformance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Safety, Engineering, or a related field required; postgraduate degree preferred
- 10 years of EHS experience with at least 5 years in a management role
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building trust with stakeholders
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred but not required
