About the role

The Director, Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO) at Keesler Federal Credit Union is responsible for ensuring enterprise-wide compliance with governance and operating model processes and procedures. They produce reporting and metrics that give senior leadership clear, timely, and accurate visibility into transformation health.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and operationalize the enterprise governance model in partnership with key stakeholders and governance committees.
  • Educate and reinforce governance expectations across business units.
  • Manage and facilitate a single enterprise intake process for initiatives.
  • Provide fact-based analysis to support prioritization decisions.
  • Orchestrate cross-initiative dependency management.
  • Consolidate and report status on all enterprise initiatives.
  • Enable leadership visibility into portfolio health, risks, and change readiness.
  • Ensure reporting supports leadership decision-making.
  • Provide enterprise-level change management oversight and reporting.
  • Coordinate enterprise change activity to minimize disruption.
  • Ensure change risks are reviewed and reported through governance forums.
  • Support the facilitation of risks and issues.
  • Provide visibility into value realization.
  • Coordinate with risk and compliance partners.
  • Responsible for compliance with all Federal regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of similar experience managing or facilitating an enterprise governance model.
  • Experience providing portfolio-level reporting to executive leadership.
  • Experience overseeing enterprise change management.
  • Strong facilitation and executive communication skills.
  • Experience in regulated or complex enterprise environments.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Proficient in the use of computers and standard office technology, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).
  • PMP, Prosci/CCMP, Lean/Six Sigma, Agile/SAFe certifications preferred.
