Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategy for acquiring new enterprise clients
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Lead executive discovery meetings to understand client business and technology challenges
- Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to develop tailored client solutions
- Prepare and present proposals, statements of work, and commercial agreements
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast
- Represent RYZ Labs at executive meetings, conferences, and industry events
- Contribute to sales strategy, market development, and account planning
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience
- Proven experience selling enterprise technology, software engineering services, consulting, cloud solutions, AI solutions, or digital transformation services
- Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise sales cycles
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to Fortune 1000 organizations
- Existing relationships with CIOs, CTOs, VP Engineering, or enterprise technology leaders
- Experience selling custom software development, AI solutions, cloud services, or technology consulting
- Experience working with private equity portfolio companies
- Previous experience with organizations such as AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft, Accenture, Deloitte, Slalom, Thoughtworks, Globant, EPAM, IBM Consulting, Salesforce, Snowflake, Databricks, MongoDB, or similar enterprise technology companies
