Director, Enterprise Sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategy for acquiring new enterprise clients
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Lead executive discovery meetings to understand client business and technology challenges
  • Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to develop tailored client solutions
  • Prepare and present proposals, statements of work, and commercial agreements
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast
  • Represent RYZ Labs at executive meetings, conferences, and industry events
  • Contribute to sales strategy, market development, and account planning

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience
  • Proven experience selling enterprise technology, software engineering services, consulting, cloud solutions, AI solutions, or digital transformation services
  • Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to Fortune 1000 organizations
  • Existing relationships with CIOs, CTOs, VP Engineering, or enterprise technology leaders
  • Experience selling custom software development, AI solutions, cloud services, or technology consulting
  • Experience working with private equity portfolio companies
  • Previous experience with organizations such as AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft, Accenture, Deloitte, Slalom, Thoughtworks, Globant, EPAM, IBM Consulting, Salesforce, Snowflake, Databricks, MongoDB, or similar enterprise technology companies
