We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if real content. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, scam warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove Benefits Eligibility URL? The instruction: remove application instructions. The Benefits Eligibility URL is likely an instruction to learn about benefits eligibility; could be considered application instruction? It's a link to learn about benefits eligibility. Might be considered part of benefits info? It's a URL to learn about benefits eligibility. Might be okay to keep as part of Benefits section? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." The Benefits Eligibility line is an instruction to paste URL to learn about benefits eligibility. That's an application instruction? It's not exactly applying but it's a link for benefits eligibility. Might be considered informational but could be removed as it's a URL for benefits eligibility. However we need to preserve substantive info about benefits. The benefits description includes: Target offers eligible team members and their dependents comprehensive health benefits and programs, which may include medical, vision, dental, life insurance and more, to help you and your family take care of your whole selves. Other benefits for eligible team members include 401(k), employee discount, short term disability, long term disability, paid sick leave, paid national holidays, and paid vacation. Find competitive benefits from financial and education to well-being and beyond at https://corporate.target.com/careers/benefits. We should keep that. The Benefits Eligibility URL maybe redundant; we could drop it as it's just a link to learn more. But we might keep the corporate benefits link. The instruction says remove application instructions; the Benefits Eligibility line is not exactly an application instruction but a pointer to learn about benefits eligibility. Might be considered not essential. Safer to drop it. Pay section: we have pay range $135,000 - $243,000 and description. So we need a Pay section with that content. Schedule: we have Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement: onsite 3 days per week, etc. Also mention "Must be willing to be onsite 3 days per week". Also "This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs." So we can include schedule info. About Us: could be About the role? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content to these headings. We have "About Us" describing Target culture, Legal Affairs team, etc. That could go under About the role. Also there is a description of the role: "A role in Enterprise Risk Management means you will help protect Target..." etc. That could be Responsibilities. Also there are bullet-like paragraphs describing duties. We need to turn those into
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to extract duties as list items. Responsibilities: list of duties: identify, assess and manage portfolio of top strategic, financial, operational, compliance, reputational and event-based risks; facilitate holistic ERM program; strengthen risk acumen; provide strategic direction to company leaders; leads Enterprise Risk Portfolio Management function; set vision, standards, operating model; lead, develop and manage team; shape and refine enterprise risk frameworks, risk tolerance, escalation protocols, taxonomy and portfolio management methodologies; synthesize portfolio-level risk insights; regularly engage through risk assessments with senior/executive leaders; establish partnerships with VP functional leaders; deeply understand enterprise strategy and company performance indicators; partner with ERM leadership, Internal Audit, etc.; champion innovation in risk management practices, including adoption of genAI, advanced analytics and technology-enabled approaches; perform other duties as assigned. Also "Must be willing to be onsite 3 days per week" could be schedule. Requirements: maybe "About You" section includes education/experience requirements. That could be Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction distinguishes Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide what goes where. Typically Requirements: education, experience. Qualifications: maybe certifications, advanced degree. Skills: communication, facilitation, etc. We'll allocate. We have: BS/BA in business-related field or equivalent combination. Minimum 10+ years directly related experience in enterprise risk management, compliance, audit, governance or related field. Minimum 3+ years direct people leadership experience, including managing and developing professional-level team members. Excellent communication and facilitation skills with strong executive presence and comfort presenting to VP-level and Board-level audiences. Demonstrated ability to set strategic direction, lead high-performing teams, drive organizational change and influence senior stakeholders across functions. Ability to synthesize complex risk information into clear, actionable insights for diverse executive audiences. Experience designing or evolving enterprise risk frameworks, risk appetite statements, escalation protocols or portfolio management methodologies. Strong program management and creative problem-solving skills, with ability to manage competing priorities and connect risk signals to strategic decision-making. Established acumen with genAI tools. Risk management, compliance, audit or program management certification (e.g., CRISC, COSO, PMP, CIA). Experience in corporate environment working in a matrixed operation. Experience with RiskCloud, GRC platforms, Power BI, Tableau or comparable dashboard tools. Experience with enterprise risk, compliance management systems, control frameworks or integrated assurance practices. Advanced degree (MBA, MS) or graduate-level education in risk management, business administration or a related discipline. We can split: Requirements: education (BS/BA) and experience (10+ years, 3+ years leadership). Qualifications: certifications, advanced degree, experience with specific tools, etc. Skills: communication, facilitation, strategic direction, synthesizing risk, program management, problem-solving, genAI acumen. But we need to avoid thin sections. Maybe combine Requirements and Qualifications into one? But instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including education, experience, certifications, advanced degree), Skills (communication, leadership, etc.), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have real content. Now we need to strip boilerplate: "About Us Working at Target means helping all families discover the joy of everyday life..." That's substantive about company culture; we can keep as part of About the role. Also "To match the signature style and passion of Target’s distinctive and beloved retail brand, Target Legal Affairs is a dynamic..." That's also about the team; keep. Also "Here, you’ll enjoy working autonomously with a healthy work-life balance." That's about role; keep. Also "We are committed to being internal experts..." etc. We need to remove duplicated lines: I see "Find competitive benefits from financial and education to well-being and beyond at https://corporate.target.com/careers/benefits." appears once. Also earlier "Target offers eligible team members and their dependents comprehensive health benefits..." That's fine. We need to remove application instructions: "Click here if you are curious to learn more about Minnesota." That's a link; maybe remove. Also "Benefits Eligibility Please paste this url into your preferred browser to learn about benefits eligibility for this role: https://tgt.biz/BenefitsForYou_F" remove. Also "Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) In compliance with state and federal laws, Target will make reasonable accommodations..." That's legal/EEO boilerplate; remove. Also "If a reasonable accommodation is needed..." remove. Also "Non-accommodation-related requests..." remove. Also "Job Title: Director Enterprise Risk Portfolio Manager Classification: Exempt Date: September 2026" - we should not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we could include a short paragraph with that metadata? The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we could include a

with that info, but it's minor metadata. Could drop it entirely. Safer to drop it. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft sections:
