About the Role

The Director, Enterprise Product Marketing will lead the strategy and execution at the intersection of product, sales, customer success, and marketing. This role shapes how complex technology offerings are positioned and adopted, building scalable go-to-market strategies, developing compelling narratives, and creating campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and business growth. You will manage and develop a high-performing product marketing team while partnering closely with cross-functional leaders to influence market direction and accelerate enterprise growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise product marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and growth priorities.
  • Create positioning frameworks, messaging strategies, and compelling narratives that communicate the value of complex technology solutions to enterprise audiences.
  • Build and maintain go-to-market playbooks used by product, business development, and customer success teams.
  • Lead multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns across events, digital channels, content, webinars, partnerships, paid media, and public relations.
  • Develop thought leadership strategies that strengthen market presence and establish industry authority.
  • Partner closely with product, sales, customer success, and executive teams to influence adoption and revenue growth.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing product marketing team, providing strategic direction and career growth support.
  • Create sales enablement materials that help commercial teams communicate value effectively throughout the customer journey.
  • Analyze campaign performance, pipeline impact, and market insights to optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • Support expansion into new markets by developing regional strategies and scalable market entry approaches.
  • Manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously while maintaining strong execution and prioritization.
  • Serve as a trusted marketing leader who brings clarity, structure, and momentum in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with significant experience leading product marketing initiatives within SaaS or technology organizations.
  • Proven experience owning product marketing strategies across multiple products or solution areas.
  • Demonstrated success building and executing full-scale, multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, demand generation, and qualified pipeline.
  • Experience managing, mentoring, and developing marketing teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to executive audiences.
  • Expertise in developing positioning, messaging frameworks, thought leadership content, and sales enablement strategies.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, including product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple high-impact initiatives.
  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-growing, evolving environment with changing priorities.
  • Proficiency with presentation tools such as Google Slides and familiarity with marketing analytics.
  • Experience marketing enterprise technology solutions, platforms, or digital products preferred.
  • Experience working with retail, commerce, marketplace, or similar industries is a plus.
  • Background in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment preferred.
  • Technical understanding that enables effective collaboration with product and engineering teams.
