Responsibilities
- Build and develop an effective Enterprise Dynamics Services team for global support
- Lead the team to resolve service desk tickets and ensure comprehensive documentation
- Ensure effective ticket administration, prioritization, and scheduling of work
- Cultivate and manage relationships with external third-party support providers
- Develop and maintain the company's Knowledge Base documentation
- Oversee stakeholder communications during incidents and operational issues
- Plan, coordinate, and maintain the integrity of D365 systems during updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or information systems
- 10 years of experience in an ERP-related role
- Direct experience managing a global user support organization for D365 systems
- Experience working with external managed services and developing internal teams
- At least 5 years in customer-facing support organization for a large multi-national company
- Established experience supporting Dynamics and related technologies
- Proven troubleshooting techniques and methodologies
