About the role

This is a high-impact enterprise transformation leadership role focused on operationalizing AI across a large, complex organization rather than building external products or experimental prototypes. You will be responsible for embedding AI directly into core business workflows spanning editorial, revenue, audience development, and internal operations.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and operationalize enterprise AI strategy in close partnership with executive leadership
  • Translate strategic AI priorities into scalable operational programs, workflows, and implementation plans
  • Drive adoption of AI across Editorial, Revenue, Audience Development, and corporate functions
  • Embed AI capabilities directly into existing business workflows and systems to ensure sustained usage
  • Lead cross-functional change management initiatives to drive behavioral adoption at scale
  • Establish governance, measurement frameworks, and operational standards to ensure responsible, scalable adoption
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to support deployment and integration of AI tools and platforms
  • Develop measurement frameworks and dashboards to track adoption, efficiency gains, and business impact
  • Define ROI and performance metrics for AI initiatives and communicate outcomes to senior leadership
  • Evaluate and rationalize AI tooling across the organization to improve efficiency and reduce redundancy
  • Lead vendor assessment, rollout planning, and enterprise-wide implementation of AI solutions
  • Build and lead a team focused on AI operations, enablement, and execution excellence
  • Serve as the central leader for enterprise AI transformation initiatives across the organization

Requirements

  • 8-12+ years of experience in operations, transformation, strategy, program leadership, or platform roles
  • Proven experience leading large-scale operational or organizational transformation initiatives
  • Demonstrated success driving adoption of new systems, tools, or workflows across complex organizations
  • Strong background in change management, including overcoming resistance and enabling behavioral shift at scale
  • Ability to translate strategic direction into structured, measurable, and executable operational programs
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with experience managing stakeholders at executive level
  • Hands-on experience applying AI/LLMs or automation tools in operational contexts is strongly preferred
  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking adoption, efficiency, and impact metrics
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to align leadership and drive organizational clarity
  • Experience in digital media, content-driven businesses, or large-scale knowledge organizations is a plus
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms and tooling ecosystems (e.g., OpenAI, Vertex AI) is a plus
  • Experience working with Legal, Compliance, or Risk teams on technology adoption is a plus
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, high-visibility, fast-evolving environments
