About the role

Join the expanding Global Engineering and Scientific consulting team at Secretariat, where you will tackle complex engineering challenges across various industries including water/waste water treatment plants, food and beverage production, and consumer products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and attract new business opportunities for Secretariat in expert witness and strategic consulting roles.
• Grow the Environmental Engineering practice by recruiting and mentoring talented staff members.
• Provide project management and oversee project budgets.

Qualifications

• Established track record in business development and a solid client base.
• Requisite professional degrees such as a PhD or MS in Environmental Engineering or Environmental Science.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience testifying in depositions, trials, arbitrations, or hearings.
• Strong expert report writing and analytical/problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional listening, verbal, written, technical, and presentation skills.
• The desire to lead auxiliary tasks associated with a growing practice.
• The ability to travel as needed.
