Partner closely with Product Management to translate market needs into technical solutions.
Product Development from Concept to Scale
Lead development of next-generation robotics and automation platforms.
Drive innovation from early concept development through design, verification, launch, and deployment.
Balance new product innovation with ongoing product enhancements and reliability improvements.
Ensure solutions deliver performance, scalability, quality, and customer value.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Build alignment across engineering, product, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and service teams.
Influence through technical credibility and sound judgment rather than organizational authority.
Communicate complex technical concepts to both engineers and executive leaders.
Lead effectively in a highly matrixed environment.
