Director, Engineering Program Management - AI Platforms & Globalization

Responsibilities

• Drive multi-product localization programs for the company products
• Manage risks related to scope, quality, cost, and timelines
• Autonomously oversee multiple concurrent programs
• Own portfolio of AI enablement and platform modernization programs
• Serve as a central point of contact for resolving cross-program challenges
• Influence decisions through structured proposals
• Lead initiatives involving AI-enabled and intelligent systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; MBA preferred
• 12-15+ years in technical, content, or localization program management
• Strong technical understanding of Agentic systems and data pipelines
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale technical programs
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Hands-on experience with GenAI and AI/ML in program management
• Familiar with cloud-based models and continuous localization practices
