About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving product strategy and managing cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with business goals
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to define product features and specifications
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to inform product development
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of products
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment between product offerings and customer requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product management or a related field
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading product development initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive product decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of successfully launching and growing new products
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
