Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain equipment specifications across sites
- Advance electrical power safety programs to meet regulations
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards
- Lead obsolescence programs with strategic planning
- Provide engineering leadership for automation across sites
- Drive Digital Transformation initiatives in manufacturing
- Influence cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
- Manage relationships with external engineering consultants
- Partner with stakeholders to resolve technical challenges
- Maintain corporate engineering standards with internal and external partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or related engineering field preferred
- 10+ years of progressive technical leadership experience
- 5 years with Allen-Bradley / Rockwell systems
- Experience managing at least 4 direct reports
- Accountability for capital projects ($5-15 million)
- 4 years in food manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of electrical safety and industrial automation systems
