Responsibilities
- Accelerate adoption in target markets through institutional partnerships and curriculum support
- Oversee tool-specific bootcamps targeting career tracks and industry showcases
- Drive a Train-the-Trainer program to expand technical instruction globally via external partners
- Manage regional initiatives to enhance local market engagement and visibility for the company
- Foster community engagement by collaborating with the Community team to facilitate programs and content
- Set strategic vision for infrastructures such as tool directories and learning management systems
- Establish metrics to assess program and content effectiveness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in Education, Training, or a related field, focusing on technology and learning platforms
- Strong critical thinking skills and adaptability to fast-paced environments
- A genuine passion for game development and knowledge of the company’s primary industries
- Prior proven experience in leading high-performing cross-functional teams
- History of setting strategies and executing successful programs with measurable results
- Budget management experience and building scalable services efficiently

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
