Director, Education & Training

Responsibilities

• Accelerate adoption in target markets through institutional partnerships and curriculum support
• Oversee tool-specific bootcamps targeting career tracks and industry showcases
• Drive a Train-the-Trainer program to expand technical instruction globally via external partners
• Manage regional initiatives to enhance local market engagement and visibility for the company
• Foster community engagement by collaborating with the Community team to facilitate programs and content
• Set strategic vision for infrastructures such as tool directories and learning management systems
• Establish metrics to assess program and content effectiveness

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Education, Training, or a related field, focusing on technology and learning platforms
• Strong critical thinking skills and adaptability to fast-paced environments
• A genuine passion for game development and knowledge of the company’s primary industries
• Prior proven experience in leading high-performing cross-functional teams
• History of setting strategies and executing successful programs with measurable results
• Budget management experience and building scalable services efficiently

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
