Director, Duals Strategy & Policy

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Duals Strategy & Policy to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will lead enterprise-level program management efforts tied to strategy, policy, and regulatory execution across the organization. The selected candidate will help shape a national strategy for dual-eligible populations while ensuring alignment with compliance, public policy, and broader business priorities. This position will also partner closely with internal stakeholders and external counterparts to drive change management, support leadership decision-making, and strengthen operational performance. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $148,000 – $274,200 annually Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end program management initiatives Develop and implement a national duals strategy and related public policies Advise the DIO team on regulatory matters affecting business strategy Oversee relationships and communications with internal and external stakeholders Select, develop, and manage direct reports for optimal performance Collaborate with Compliance and Regulatory Affairs for timely regulatory processes Drive change management efforts in partnership with Medicaid and other teams Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred 5-7 years of experience in health policy or related fields Experience in program or project management Background in regulatory, compliance, or federal/state policy preferred Strong data analysis and communication skills 0-3 years of supervisory or management experience preferred Benefits Comprehensive health insurance options 401K and stock purchase plans available Tuition reimbursement support for continued education Generous paid time off and holiday leave Flexible work arrangements including remote and hybrid options Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
