Pay

Salary Estimate: $161,990.40 - $242,944.00 per year. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for candidates hired. Factors that may determine your actual salary include specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The typical candidate is hired below the midpoint of the range.

About the Role

You will provide strategic, operational, and clinical leadership for Diagnostic Imaging Services, including the Breast Care Center. This position plans, directs, and coordinates the daily operations and long-term development of assigned departments to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Develop departmental policies and procedures
• Lead quality and performance improvement initiatives
• Manage capital and operating budgets
• Ensure effective utilization of resources
• Recruit, develop, and retain a highly engaged workforce while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Ensure departments are appropriately staffed, operate within approved financial parameters, and consistently achieve operational, quality, and patient experience goals
• Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies, including those established by The Joint Commission, CMS, Medicare, and other regulatory agencies
• Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with physicians, hospital leaders, and interdisciplinary teams to advance clinical excellence, improve access to care, and support strategic growth initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) preferred; Master’s degree (M.A./M.S.) preferred
• Current California Certified Radiologic Technologist
• Current ARRT certification
• Active BLS Certification
• Current CA Fluoroscopy certification
• 3-5 years of managerial experience
• 5 years of experience in Radiology Services, including theory and application of business development practices
• Experience implementing successful Radiology Services business development strategies
• In-depth knowledge of Radiology Services standards of care and related issues, as well as the financial environment
• Experience working in a managed care environment
• Strong skills in problem identification, analysis, and solution development, with knowledge of current trends attained through seminars, trade journals, and literature
